Treat low as clear, medium as worth a look before you trust the sender, and high as a domain you should not accept sign-ups or mail from without another check.
How long the domain has existed, in days. This is the strongest single signal in the set. Abuse infrastructure gets registered, used and abandoned inside weeks, so anything under roughly 30 days deserves suspicion even when every other field looks fine. Domains past a year of age rarely drive the grade on their own.
